About the Role
About the Role: We are seeking a Risk Management Specialist to:
- Support and help embed the risk culture and the integration of the risk management framework.
- The successful candidate will advise, support, and challenge the business/senior management in the identification and management of risks, perform deep dive risk reviews across the business, and assist in the production of the ICARA and other risk-related regulatory returns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject, Finance, Business, or Law (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an analytical mindset and a desire to learn
- Ability to quickly process information and relate that to the workings of the firm
- 4-5 years of experience within risk management in a hands-on role
